Material Culture Symposium In Honor Of Ann Smart Martin

The Center for Design and Material Culture, in partnership with the Department of Art History, is hosting a Material Culture Symposium in conjunction with our current exhibit, Questioning Things: A Quarter Century of Material Culture Studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. This symposium celebrates 25 years of material culture studies on campus and includes lectures from colleagues and former students of Professor Emerita Ann Smart Martin. The event will conclude with refreshments and special viewing of the exhibit in the Ruth Davis Design Gallery.
