Please join us for a conversation between shoemakers Amara Hark-Weber, Jesse Moore, and Sarah Madeleine T. GUERIN, and creative director and senior curator of the Bata Shoe Museum Elizabeth Semmelheck as they discuss the art and craft of shoemaking, and the larger cultural context in which the makers and their work exist.

Following the conversation, there will be an opening exhibition reception in the Lynn Mecklenburg Textile Gallery from 5-7pm.
