Mary-Margaret Zindren, CAE is Executive Vice President (executive director) of AIA Minnesota, and Executive Director of the three local chapters of AIA in Minnesota (AIA Minneapolis, AIA Northern Minnesota, and AIA St. Paul) and of the Minnesota Architectural Foundation. Mary-Margaret is the author of “Systems Thinking for Culture Change,” which articulates a three-step approach employed by the American Institute of Architects Minnesota to further culture change in the profession of architecture and which holds promise for organizations of all sizes and sectors (from ENTER).
