Lois Bielefeld is a Chicago-based commercial and gallery photographer. Her gallery work focuses on constructing visual stories of everyday life while asking what links routine and ritual to the formation of identity and personhood. In addition to her gallery work, Bielefeld is an accomplished commercial photographer who travels nationally to shoot advertisements for leading retailers. Bielefeld was in conversation with CDMC’s Operations Manager Laura Sims Peck.

Event was free and open to the public thanks to the support of The Anonymous Fund.
